This Blog's History: The Blown Out Egg
This Friday in This Blog's History I bring to you the Blown Out Egg experiment. It's a fun little activity to do with your kids to show them how to get the yolk out of an egg without cracking the shell! Cool!
I too am a Science Dad, no degree yet, but working hard towards that. For fun, I am currently involved in performing monthly experiments/demonstrations at my daughters daycare. I came across your page as I too use Science Dad, but working on something different. Any suggestions on simple demonstrations related to "the ocean?" I have thought of one of those aquariums with sand on one side, showing waves of water....but costs are high, and these are preschoolers, so simple and cool is always the way to go.
Hmmm...that's a good question. My science background is not in oceans so off the top of my head, no. I'll think about this some more and see if I can come up with any simple demonstrations related to the oceans.
